Focused Time. Personal Attention. Better Service: Evolving Our Client Service Model at the Law Offices of Donald E. Green, P.C.
This is a subtitle for your new post

For more than four decades, the Law Offices of Donald E. Green, P.C. have had the privilege of serving Boston and our surrounding communities.
Over those forty-plus years, our commitment to accessibility, personal attention, and high-quality legal representation has remained steadfast.
As our practice continues to evolve, so does the way we structure our time to deliver the strongest possible results for those who rely on us. Effective September 8, 2026, our firm introduced a more focused, appointment-based approach to client service.
Why We Are Transitioning to an Appointment-Based Model
Good legal representation requires far more than time spent sitting across a desk. Thorough preparation, document analysis, legal research, strategic drafting, negotiations, court appearances, and direct communication with all involved parties require uninterrupted professional focus.
When legal counsel is constantly interrupted by unscheduled walk-in visits, dedicated time for critical case work becomes fragmented. By transitioning from walk-in consultations to scheduled appointments, our attorneys and staff can protect the deep focus necessary to advance active legal matters while providing undivided, meaningful attention during every client meeting.
Your legal matter deserves our attention—not our interruptions.
How Our Updated Office Operations Work
To ensure clarity for both existing clients and prospective clients, here is what you can expect moving forward:
- Dedicated Office Hours: Our office is open Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays to align with our updated client service structure.
- Current Clients Come First: Active clients receive priority scheduling. Current clients can easily connect with us during business hours by calling or texting our office or using the dedicated Current Client portal on our website.
- Prospective Client Consultations: We continue to welcome new inquiries. Rather than walk-in consultations, prospective clients can use the Request a Consultation pathway on our website to share preliminary details. This ensures we review the matter properly and reserve dedicated time for a consultation.
- Convenient Texting Capabilities: Our telephone system accepts text messages directly, making quick communication even simpler during business hours.
Looking Ahead
Our availability is structured so that our attention does not have to be divided. Whether you are a long-standing client or seeking legal guidance for a new matter, this refined model ensures that when we meet, you have our complete, undivided focus.
